As I sit here listening to Larry and his flask, we are starting to get our first rain in months in the DFW area. The only reason this is relevant, is because of the upcoming TORN race this weekend in Trophy Club, TX. That place is dusty within 5 minutes of a Tropical Storm, so I am happy for the racers that they are going to get a bit of moisture and something to hold down the dust for 5 minutes of practice. Please head out and get your ride on if you are looking for some local racing. Moisture hasn't been a problem for the racers at the ISDE in Finland. There are quite a few riders who have mentioned this might be the hardest ISDE they have competed in. Kurt Caselli has been dominating the E2 class. He and his other teammates have helped keep the Trophy Team in 3rd place. The Junior Trophy Team is 4th right now and fighting with Spain to get on the Podium. The Women's Trophy Team may have bitten off more than they could chew. Two teammates were out on the first day and their last was out on the 2nd day. They have withdrawn from the competition. Here's hoping the USA stays on the Podium and Caselli can ride away with a E2 Podium finish. This past weekend we saw many champions crowned at the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn Ranch. The racing was fantastic and nail biting as always.
