Day 1 of our Ironman Europe France Training block. We flew down to Provonce in southern France to avoid the rain, and had a miserable day in the saddle today. It was a tough training day. Completed 4km worth of swimming, 4/1/2 hours on the bike and 10 miles of running. Tough day. These are quick clips we grabbed of the day
